Before use:

1. Check whether the gasoline oil circuit is smooth and whether the engine oil tank switch is opened to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

2. Check whether the waterway (the waterway between the water tank and the high pressure pump) is unobstructed and whether the valve is closed.

3. Before the machine (engine) is running, make sure that the nozzle switch of a certain route is on. The machine (engine) cannot be started under the condition of holding pressure.

In use:

1. Because the machine (engine) is in high temperature during operation, do not touch the machine (engine) to avoid burns.

2, water spraying operation, can be closed before the valve switch to avoid pedestrians.

3, the machine (engine) at high speed operation, do not directly shut down, should first reduce the idle speed, and then shut down the machine (engine).

After use:

1. After the machine (engine) is shut down, remember to turn off the gasoline oil circuit switch to avoid oil flooding the cylinder.

2. After shutting down the machine (engine), please relieve pressure in time if there is pressure holding.

3, the winter temperature is low, easy to freeze, please finish the work, timely release of water, to avoid freezing damage to the machine.

The specific operations are as follows:

① Open the drainage valve to drain the water in the tank;

(2) Twist off the filter water cup and drain the water stored in the pipe;

③ High pressure pump water, open the valve (can also run the high pressure pump for drainage).

Note:

1, need to add 92 gasoline, should be added to 25 liters below;

2. If the exhaust cylinder is smoking, please close the damper;

3, the high pressure pump accumulated 120 hours of work, need the first maintenance; The engine works for 48 hours and needs to be maintained for the first time. The late high pressure pump and engine need to be maintained once every 6-8 weeks.
