If these precautions are not taken, it is likely to cause the equipment to not operate normally, so we must study it carefully!

before use:

1. Check whether the gasoline oil circuit is unobstructed and whether the engine fuel tank switch is turned on to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

2. Check whether the waterway (the waterway between the water tank and the high-pressure pump) is unobstructed, and check whether the valve is closed.

3. Before the machine (engine) is running, make sure that the nozzle switch of a certain channel is turned on. The machine (engine) cannot be started under pressure.

Using:

1. Due to the high temperature of the machine (engine) during operation, do not touch the machine (engine) to avoid burns.

2. When spraying water, you can avoid pedestrians by closing the front valve switch.

3. When the machine (engine) is running at high speed, do not turn it off directly, you should reduce the idle speed first, and then turn off the machine (engine).

After use:

1. After the machine (engine) is turned off, remember to turn off the gasoline oil circuit switch to avoid oil flooding the cylinder.

2. After shutting down the machine (engine), if there is pressure holding, please release the pressure in time.

3. In winter, the temperature is low and it is easy to freeze. Please release the water in time after the work is completed to avoid freezing the machine.

The specific operations are as follows:

①Open the drain valve to drain the water in the water tank;

② Unscrew the filter water cup and drain the water in the water pipe;

③Drain the high-pressure pump and open the valve (you can also run the high-pressure pump for drainage).

Note:

1. No. 92 gasoline needs to be added, and it should be added to less than 25 liters;

2. If smoke is emitted from the exhaust pipe, please close the damper;

3. The high-pressure pump has been working for 120 hours and needs the first maintenance; the engine has been working for 48 hours and needs the first maintenance; the high-pressure pump and the engine need to be maintained once every 6-8 weeks.
