The working temperature of the hydraulic system of the Sanitation Garbage Truck  is generally better in the range of 30 to 80°C, and too high temperature will cause a series of failures. We can deal with it for the following reasons:

1. If the oil is heated due to large pressure loss, we can clean the hydraulic pipeline or replace the hydraulic oil with low viscosity.

2. If the heat of oil is caused by large volume loss, we can check whether the hydraulic pump, control valve and working cylinder are worn or the connection is sealed loosely.

3. If the oil is heated because the pressure control valve is out of order, we need to check whether there is a blockage in the unloading valve of the oil storage tank or the accumulator of the Sanitation Garbage Truck 

4. If the oil is heated due to a large mechanical loss, we will increase the friction by checking whether there are quality problems in hydraulic components or seals.
