Electric Small Refuse Collection Vehicles is mainly composed of electrical system, chassis and body three parts, battery, motor, electric control three core components. The electrical system is divided into power system, control and auxiliary system and hydraulic lifting electronic control system. The most used power motors are DC series excited motor, DC discrete excited motor, brushless motor, switched reluctance motor, AC asynchronous motor, etc. Because DC series excited motor and DC discrete excited motor are cheap and superior performance, they have been widely used in electric vehicles.

The chassis is divided into the following systems according to its functions:

1. Transmission system (drive axle, main reducer, differential and half shaft);

2. Driving system (frame, axle, wheel and suspension);

3. Steering system (steering wheel, steering machine and transmission rod);

4. Brake system (brake and brake control device);

5. Hydraulic system (lifting and lifting of garbage carriage, automatic dumping of garbage).
