2. There is no reaction after the power is switched on. Most of them are caused by short circuit of power plug, power outlet and motor winding.

3. Large noise and vibration during operation. Most of the bearings are damaged or improperly matched with the housing. The motor needs to be disassembled for inspection. If the bearings are damaged, they should be replaced. If the bearing is round, the matching surface of the pump shell can be treated with chisel; If the bearing is round, the wear part of the motor shaft can be treated with chisel flower. If the wear is serious, it can be repaired by surfacing before turning.

4, the motor can run, but the speed is slow, and the housing is overheated, there is a smell of burning. Most of them are caused by short circuit in the motor winding. The motor should be disintegrated and repaired by measures such as welding, jumper, isolation and rewinding according to the damage.

1. The housing is electrified. Most of the damage is caused by water seal damage. Water seeps into the motor through the motor shaft and deteriorates the insulation performance of the motor. It can be repaired by replacing water seal and drying the motor. 2. The motor runs normally, but the water output is less or no water output at all. Common fault parts are suction pad, outlet pad, impeller cover pad, maintenance should be replaced. If there is no full water phenomenon, most of the impeller is damaged, the water retention between the suction chamber and the outlet room is eroded, the pump head water retention is worn, the gap between the impeller and the pump shell increases, etc., the impeller and the pump shell should be replaced. When replacing the dragon, attention should be paid to thoroughly remove the residual copper blades in the pump to avoid damage to the new impeller again.
