The selection of inappropriate hydraulic oil will cause the hydraulic system to malfunction and reduce its durability. When replacing the hydraulic oil of the sanitation garbage truck, it should be selected according to the trademark in the manual. The hydraulic oil of different trademarks cannot be mixed to prevent the hydraulic oil from chemically reacting and the function changing. Dark brown, milky white, odorous hydraulic oil is deteriorating oil and cannot be used.

    2. Avoid water entering the hydraulic system. Excessive moisture in the hydraulic oil of the sanitation garbage truck will cause the hydraulic components to corrode, the oil will be emulsified and deteriorated, and the mechanical wear will be accelerated. In addition to avoiding the entry of water during maintenance, it is also necessary to tighten the lid of the oil storage tank when it is not in use.

3. Avoid air entering the hydraulic system. Under normal pressure and normal temperature, the hydraulic oil of the sanitation garbage truck contains air with a volume ratio of 6 to 8 percent. When the pressure drops, the air will be freed from the oil, and the bubbles will burst, causing the hydraulic components to "cavitate" and generate noise. If a lot of air enters the oil, the "cavitation" phenomenon will be aggravated, the compressibility of the hydraulic oil will increase, the operation will be unstable, and the operation efficiency will decrease.

4. Avoid mixing solid impurities into the hydraulic system. Clean hydraulic oil is the life of a hydraulic system. There are many precision parts in the hydraulic system of the sanitation garbage truck, and some have damping holes or gaps. If solid impurities enter, it will cause strain on the precision parts, hairpin, blockage of oil passages, etc., and endanger the safe operation of the hydraulic system.
