The development and population growth of cities have brought great challenges to urban sanitation cleaning work.  Although there are many sanitation cleaning equipment that can be used to clean the main roads in urban areas,  areas with high population activity such as sidewalks and non-motorized lanes still mainly rely on manual cleaning,  which is not only inefficient, but also time-consuming,  risky. In order to improve the cleaning efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of sanitation workers,  the sanitation department began to use a special vehicle for sidewalk maintenance - road maintenance vehicle. We have  previously introduced the appearance and chassis of Changan Xingka National Six Road Maintenance Vehicle,  and then we will continue to understand the upper part of this vehicle:

Baiyi Electric Road Maintenance Vehicle has a carbon steel material box body with a large-capacity water tank inside,  and the water tank is anti-corrosion treated. There are three aluminum alloy rolling shutter doors on both sides and the  rear of the box body,  which are easy and convenient to open and close. There is a water inlet and a water level gauge on one side of the box  body rolling shutter door,  which can check the water level at any time and replenish the water source in time to prevent the cleaning effect from  being affected by lack of water. Equipped with Italian AR high-pressure water pump,  the water pressure is large and adjustable;  the farthest right is a 15-meter automatic recovery reel, which is used with a handheld gun,  which can wash the car body, small advertisements, roadside billboards, etc.,  and it is easy to operate. There is also a 9-hole spray rack at the front of the cab,  with a maximum cleaning width of 1.5 meters. When working, the system water pressure can reach up to 10MPa. The spray rack can be raised and lowered by 100mm,  and swayed by 30 degrees to the left and right,  which can effectively remove stubborn dirt on the road surface. The fixed-point jet device is located above the spray  rack, which can achieve left and right swings in the up, down,  left and right directions. The water flow is strong and the range is long. It is used to clean road edges and corners  that are difficult to clean.

The vehicle is also equipped with a hand-held pneumatic push-cart spray rod,  which is light in weight and easy to carry. It can be used with a high-pressure pipe to clean the road surface that the  vehicle cannot enter. The hand-push cart spray rod can be placed in the tool box on both sides of the box body when not  in use.
