Electric three-wheeled sprinkler trucks are used regularly on the streets day after day, year after year. Sometimes,  due to overloading, some components of the vehicle may be damaged,  such as the water pump. What should we do if the water pump of an electric three-wheeled sprinkler truck is damaged?

If the pump housing of the sprinkler truck water pump is damaged,  it can be repaired by welding or bonding with epoxy resin.

If the bearing seat of the sprinkler truck water pump is worn or damaged, it can be repaired by bushing.

If there are spots or grooves inside the water inlet chamber of the sprinkler truck pump housing,  it can be repaired by lathe.

If the pump shaft of the sprinkler truck is corroded,  the pitted or dented part can be filled with solder and then repaired to a round shape.

If the pump shaft of the sprinkler truck is worn,  it can be repaired by chrome plating to ensure flexible bearing operation and no noise.

If the water seal is worn, the rubber water seal is aged, deformed or damaged,  and the water seal spring force is weakened or severely corroded, it must be replaced.
