Small Electric Garbage Truck Controller Operation and Maintenance Points

1. The controller should be inspected in the case of power failure, at least once every 3 months.

2. The functions of the controller (chopper) have been adjusted before delivery. Do not disassemble or adjust them during the inspection.

3. Do not adjust contactor cables; After disconnecting the electric lock, the filter capacitor in the controller power supply unit should maintain a discharge time of several minutes.

4. Always clean the controller surface of dust and debris, and remember to clean the capacitor device with water! Dust can be removed with a brush or high-pressure gas.

5. In the use process, the temperature of the controller will increase with the increase of the use time and the change of the current. When the temperature reaches a certain temperature, its internal program will automatically shut down. In this case, as long as the pause 10-15 minutes, the vehicle can continue to use.

6. When driving electronic reversing vehicles (i.e. continuously variable speed vehicles), it is forbidden to touch the forward and backward switches. When the vehicle does not stop stably or the foot is still exerting force on the accelerator pedal, it is forbidden to change the driving direction.

7. The position of the reversing contactor is close to the main control of the controller (chopper). There will be a clicking contact sound when backing up, pushing down the gas pedal or releasing the gas pedal; If reversing contactor contacts are worn or damaged by high currents due to normal operation of the vehicle or improper operation of the driver, the contactor housing may be removed by a person familiar with electrical knowledge and the contacts sanded prior to use.

8. If the controller is faulty and other components are normal, check whether the two fuses (minor 10A and major 160A) of the controller are burned out.

9. Electrical maintenance should be completed by professional electrical maintenance personnel, and the accessories used should be original.
