Proper Maintenance Tips for Industrial Sweepers
Regular maintenance of industrial sweepers ensures better operational performance. Before performing maintenance, make sure to turn off the power and disconnect the power plug.
The carpet brush or floor brush should be removed periodically for cleaning. If the brush is not used for a long time, it should be detached and cleaned to prevent excessive current that could affect normal operation. This also avoids prolonged pressure on the brush bristles, which may cause deformation.
Regularly clean the inner side of the squeegee strip to prevent hair and other debris from accumulating and affecting water absorption. The squeegee strip should also be cleaned periodically to maintain its surface cleanliness, which helps reduce wear and extend its lifespan. Additionally, use a dry cloth to wipe the battery regularly to keep it clean and prevent particles from entering the battery, which could block the vent holes and impact normal operation.
If the sweeper is not in use for a long time, the upper end of the water level pipe should be disconnected, and the clean water tank should be drained to prevent the water from deteriorating inside the tank.
