Operation Techniques of Rider Sweepers
The working principle of a rider sweeper mainly relies on the side brushes, which sweep debris from both sides of the road toward the center of the machine. Then, the main brush rotates inward, using its bristles to collect the debris into the waste container.
During operation, the brushes will wear out quickly. If the sweeper is used frequently, the side brushes and main brush should be replaced every three to six months. When first using the machine, it is essential to observe the side and main brushes. Initially, the bristles are long, and the brushes are positioned relatively high. Over time, the bristles wear down, leading to a decline in cleaning efficiency. Therefore, adjustments to the brush positions should be made accordingly.
When replacing the main brush and side brushes, the brush height should be readjusted. Since the new main brush and side brushes have longer bristles, they should be set at a relatively high position. Otherwise, excessive wear will occur quickly.
