Run in period

1. In order to give full play to the best performance and extend the service life of the Road High Pressure Cleaning Vehicle in use, the newly purchased washing car should be run in and used for more than one week according to the regulations.

2, in the run-in period, shall not let the motor bear excessive load, water tank full state prohibit climbing;

3, in the run-in period, should avoid accelerating the turn of the full open, as far as possible when the driving speed is less than 80% of the maximum speed;

4. During the run-in period, the gasoline engine should avoid throttle to the maximum position to run the machine;

5, in the run-in period, the gasoline engine running for the first 20 hours must be replaced with the oil that meets the requirements;

6. After driving 300KM, the new car should replace the rear axle gear oil (1.5L-85w90 gear oil) after every 2000KM, replace the rear axle gear oil (1.5L-85w90 gear oil);

Routine inspection

1. It is necessary to check the oil, air filter and spark plug of the Road High Pressure Cleaning Vehicle regularly, and fill the right amount of lubricating oil for the rotation and transmission parts that need lubrication, and adjust the brake.

2. If the Road High Pressure Cleaning Vehicle is found to have broken wire skin, joint falling off, etc., it should be dealt with in time. If there is oil, gasoline leakage, should stop use, and troubleshooting, to ensure the safety of use.
