First, high pressure cleaning

1. After the Street Washing Vehicle   is driven to the operation area, the vehicle stops running, the transmission is in neutral position, and the hand brake handle is pulled up. 

2. Turn on arrow lights and warning music. 

3. Turn the unloading switch of the water pump to the working position, and turn the switch of each working waterway to the Off position. 

4. If the sprinkler frame is used, reduce the height of the sprinkler frame to the minimum, adjust the deflection Angle in place, adjust the expansion width of the left and right spray rod as required, and then open the cleaning spray switch (other water valves are closed); The vehicle starts, the speed is selected according to the working condition, and the cleaning operation begins. To stop cleaning, just turn the water switch to the "off" position (the water pump unloading valve automatically opens). 

5. When the Street Washing Vehicle uses the manual spray gun, it should stop the operation. First turn the water pump unloading switch to the "unloading" position to connect the spray gun quick connector, the operator will first open the spray gun switch (hold tightly), and then turn the water pump unloading switch (inside and outside the cab) to the "working" position, the spray gun will start to work, when the operation stops, loosen the spray gun handle switch.

Two, low pressure cleaning

1. After the Street Washing Vehicle is driven to the working section, the vehicle stops running, the transmission is in neutral, and the sprinkler switch is placed in the "off" position. 

2. When the air pressure reaches above 0.6Mpa, step down the clutch pedal and press the switch of the force extractor. 

3. Put the variable speed synthesizer in 1st or 2nd gear and control the speed of the main engine to 1500r/min. 

4. Turn on the left and right sprinkler switches, and control the working speed of the engine according to the different models of the Street Washing Vehicle and the force extractor. 

5. When using the rear water gun, turn off the sprinkler switch, the main engine speed is the same as the sprinkler, the speed is in 1 gear or 2 gear, and the water gun can be operated or closed by controlling the ball valve of the water gun to turn the sleeve in front of the water gun to adjust the shape of the water jet and close the water gun. 

6. When cleaning under low pressure, it is necessary to stop before shifting.
